Dongsin Finger Bit – Quartzite – (Purple Color), 40mm x 18mm x 1/2 Gas

This bit from Dongsin is excellent for cutting quartzite and other hard stone. This unit features four sets of twin segments set at a 7 degree twist and is designed to give fast cutting speeds and long life on quartzite. This bit has a 40mm cutting length and measures 18mm in diameter.

This Dongsin Finger Bit for quartzite is designed to run between 10″ – 20″ per minute at 5,500 – 5,800 rpm, depending on the stone being used. It’s recommended to run at half the IPM for the first 36-72″. Entry and exit should be 50% of the full speed.

This is an excellent quartzite bit – we cannot overstate that!
